The Maysville-Mason County Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that, for the fourth consecutive year, it has been awarded the Excellence in Civic Engagement Award by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Executives (KCCE). This prestigious honor recognizes the Chamber’s unwavering commitment to civic engagement and advocacy, solidifying its role as the voice of the business community in the region.

The award highlights the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to represent the interests of Mason County’s business community at the local, regional, and state levels. Through strategic advocacy initiatives, robust civic engagement programs, and meaningful partnerships, the Chamber continues to champion policies that support business growth, workforce development, and community prosperity.

“We are deeply honored to receive the Excellence in Civic Engagement Award once again,” said Kaci Foster, Executive Director of the Maysville-Mason County Area Chamber of Commerce. “Our Chamber is dedicated to advancing the interests of our members and the broader community, ensuring that Mason County has a seat at the table when important decisions are made. This award reflects our team’s hard work and our commitment to creating a thriving business environment right here in our community.”

The Chamber’s recognition comes on the heels of another major achievement. Executive Director Kaci Foster was named Young Professional of the Year by KCCE during the organization’s annual conference earlier this month. The award celebrates Foster’s exceptional leadership, her contributions to the Maysville-Mason County community, and her dedication to the professional development of young leaders across the Commonwealth.

“This recognition is truly humbling, and I am incredibly proud to represent the Maysville-Mason County area,” said Foster. “Our Chamber’s success is a direct result of our members’ involvement and passion. This community inspires me every day, and I’m excited to continue working alongside our partners to build a brighter future.”

The Maysville-Mason County Area Chamber of Commerce serves as the trusted resource for local businesses, offering opportunities for growth, engagement, and advocacy. With programs that connect partners to resources and each other, as well as initiatives that shape policy and promote the region, the Chamber remains steadfast in its mission to advance the interests of the entire community.
