Leadership Horizons is dedicated to advancing leadership development and enhancing professional skills throughout the Buffalo Trace region.
Promoted by the Maysville Area Chamber of Commerce and supported by program alumni, the program develops emerging and established leaders through
regional exploration, professional development, networking, and community engagement.
What To Expect:
Monthly sessions provide participants with the tools, experiences, and connections needed to make a meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
Program Highlights:
• Explore the strengths, opportunities, and challenges facing our region
• Participate in site visits throughout Mason County and surrounding communities
• Develop leadership, communication, and professional skills
• Build relationships with business leaders, community stakeholders, and fellow participants
• Complete a leadership development curriculum through MCTC Workforce Solutions, including video lessons and a companion workbook
